ANTUROL™
We are currently developing
ANTUROL™ for the treatment of over active bladder (OAB).
ANTUROL™ is the anticholinergic oxybutynin delivered by
our proprietary ATD™ gel that is used to achieve
therapeutic blood levels of the active compound that can
be sustained over 24 hours after a single, daily

Elestrin™ estradiol gel is
prescribed for the treatment of moderate to severe hot
flashes (vasometer symptoms) associated with menopause.
Elestrin™ was approved by the FDA in December 2006. [

Female Testosterone ATD™
Gel is a gel formulation of bioidentical testosterone
used in the treatment of FSD (female sexual dysfunction).
Through our development partner, BioSante
Pharmaceuticals, a successful Phase II study was
completed and the pivotal Phase III studies have been

Nestorone®/Estradiol is an
ATD™ gel contraceptive that Antares is developing with
The Population Council. This product is a unique
contraceptive that is not active when administered
orally and therefore well suited to the once daily

Alprazolam
Alprazolam has been
formulated in Antares’ proprietary advanced transdermal
delivery (ATD™) system for the treatment of anxiety,
generalized anxiety and panic disorders. This
transdermal gel product achieves suitable plasma levels
of alprazolam, comparable to oral treatment, when
formulated as a once daily topically applied gel dose
form. Our Alprazolam ATD gel is a simple, easy to use
formulation that avoids ‘peaks and troughs’ observed
with immediate release tablets. [
