The Manager, Warehouse and Materials, will be responsible for overseeing all pharmaceutical warehouse functions conducted at the Antares Pharma Minnesota Operations Facility. They will ensure warehouse staff consistently apply all best practices required to continually maintain maximum workplace safety and error free operation. The successful candidate will lead warehouse personnel to consistently operate at maximum efficiency. They will ensure the physical layout of the warehouse and location of materials within consistently meet material consumption demands and replenishment cycles intended for maximum productivity. They will continually focus on the advancement of warehouse operations by assimilating data from a range of sources, understanding results, and ensuring consistent successful implementation of all enhancements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Effective management of daily warehouse processes and procedures to ensure all customer order fulfillment requirements are met
Build, coach, and develop a team of warehouse personnel who are technically competent in the effective handling of pharmaceutical device parts and finished products
Develop effective relationships and work closely with a broad and diverse range of customers (i.e. equipment vendors, manufacturing partners, etc.) to ensure a thorough understanding of the products and markets Antares serves
Coordinate the purchase, storage, and handling of materials required for all Antares pharmaceutical manufacturing and clinical activities
Assist in the development of warehouse specific training programs and ensuring team compliance with required learning objectives.
Direct employee performance management by conducting annual reviews and administering corrective actions as required
Determine staffing resource needs and interview applicants to fulfill requirements
Ensure all required housekeeping practices are in place and consistently maintained
